Welcoming and Friendly staff with clean facilities
Very welcoming staff and easy check in process , Place is clean and very well looked after. its a short walk from a Metro Station and there are shops close by to get Food.
Room didn't have windows , there was no table to work and no chair and a bit uncomfortable to sit on the bed to catch up with work and emails

A clean, modern, nice-smelling hotel with friendly staff and fairly located to Greenwich
Comfy bed and the reception staff were very friendly. Lobby is modern, clean, and the entire hotel smelled really nice.
The pre-booking customer service was poor. My queries regarding a booking issue were given short, unhelpful replies. Instead of solving my problem, they blamed booking.com. The walls were thinner than expected and we experienced that our Zedwell peace was interrupted multiple times, something we did not expect from a hotel that highly advertised a peaceful experience. Check-out is 10:00 and we needed just a few more minutes, yet room service knocked on our door at 10:03. We asked for a few more minutes and yet more knocks came a couple of minutes later. They did not respond to our requests at all and kept knocking. Very uncomfortable.

It was clean and modern and spacious
There was no table. The back of my foot got caught on the wooden plank below the bed and it caused a major cut
